The Flojet G57 Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pump is engineered for dependable chemical transfer and dispensing applications in car wash, industrial, and commercial environments. Featuring a rugged polypropylene housing, Santoprene diaphragm, Viton® O-rings, and Hastelloy® springs, this pump delivers excellent chemical resistance and long service life when handling detergents, soaps, and other compatible fluids.

Powered by an efficient internal air motor, the G57 Series pump offers reliable, stall-free operation with Flojet’s patented shuttle valve design. Its compact size makes installation easy in tight spaces, while the duplex diaphragm design provides smooth, consistent flow rates up to 5 GPM.

Designed with leak-resistant radial seals, this pump eliminates many of the common maintenance issues associated with traditional O-ring sealed pumps, reducing downtime and increasing reliability. The self-priming design can lift fluids up to 15 feet, making it ideal for chemical injection systems, foam brush applications, and bulk chemical transfer operations.
